Wings made with Fantasy Film

In this e-Pattern you will be taught the techniques manipulating wires to create strong and very stable wings, burning and melting to add texture, embellishing and adding micro beads for a very ethereal look. You will use different items such as films, 3D crystal lacquer and more to create 3 very different samples.
